Once I visited Bernie and began to follow the Eat Right Diet that was recommended, I feel SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!

Green Bay, Wisconsin 		5 Stars I chose to visit Down To Earth due to the fact that I was tired all of the time and had issues with being bloated.
After talking to Bernie about the Blood Type Diet, I began to eat right for my blood type, added more red meat and began taking vitamins that compliment my blood type. Soon, I noticed I had more energy and my issues with bloating went away. I have also lost a little weight!

Green Bay, Wisconsin 		5 Stars After I turned 80, I had a minor stroke and was put on medication for cholesterol, blood pressure medication and a daily aspirin.
After working with Bernie, I was able to stop taking the medications! I feel good enough to go to the gym and continue volunteering.
